GAMEDAY IS COMING TO BLOOMINGTON: ESPN's College GameDay Rolls Into Town for IU vs. Minnesota

The defending champion Hoosiers (7-1) host the Gophers at Memorial Stadium on Saturday — and now the whole country gets to see Bloomington on Saturday morning.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — ESPN's College GameDay is headed to Bloomington. The show announced it will broadcast live from town on Saturday morning ahead of Indiana vs. Minnesota — the defending champion Hoosiers (7-1) hosting the Gophers at Memorial Stadium in a Halloween homecoming game.

GameDay airs Saturday from 9 AM to noon ET on ESPN and ESPNU, with Rece Davis, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee, Nick Saban and Kirk Herbstreit on the desk. Kickoff follows at 3:30 PM ET on CBS.

IU comes in off that gritty 13-6 overtime win at Michigan — the program's first victory in Ann Arbor since 1967 — and Vegas has the Hoosiers as big favorites over Minnesota. The Gophers (5-2) arrive off a 13-10 win over then-No. 15 Iowa.

It is the kind of stage Bloomington rarely gets: the whole country watching on Saturday morning, then a packed Memorial Stadium in the afternoon with the College Football Playoff race still very much alive for the Hoosiers.
